1. Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked online via [Insert Booking Platform or Method].

• A non-refundable deposit of %25 is required to secure your appointment.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of your service.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a loss of deposit.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

• You are allowed one reschedule per deposit if done within the rescheduling window.

3. Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late may result in a canceled appointment and a loss of deposit.

• Repeated tardiness may result in denial of future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of the services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.

• If you experience an allergic reaction or issue, please contact me within 24 hours to discuss concerns.

5. Client Conduct

• Please arrive with clean lashes and brows (no makeup, creams, or oils) for best results.

• For facials, please disclose any skin conditions, medications, or allergies prior to your appointment.

• Children and guests are not allowed unless being serviced.

• Respectful and professional behavior is expected. Disrespect or inappropriate behavior will result in service refusal.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Services are provided by a licensed esthetician using professional-grade products.

• Clients with certain medical conditions or skin sensitivities must consult with a medical professional before receiving treatments.

• Glamd by Gabs is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed health conditions or allergies.

7. Photography & Social Media

• Before and after photos may be taken for marketing purposes (with client consent).

• Photos may be used on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and website.

8. COVID-19 & Hygiene Protocols

• All tools and equipment are sanitized between each client.

• Clients showing signs of illness may be asked to reschedule.

• Masks may be required during certain services depending on current health guidelines.

9. Age Requirements

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive waxing or lash extension services.

• Clients under 18 require parental consent for brows or facials.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Glamd by Gabs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Violates policies listed above

• Presents signs of a contraindicated medical condition

• Displays rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
