I want every appointment to be a relaxing and positive experience, so please take a moment to review my booking policies below 💗
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
Booking Fee:
A 25% booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
A 35% fee will be charged for no-call, no-shows or if you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment.
Reschedules:
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out 24–48 hours before your appointment so your booking fee can be applied to your new date. FOREIGN FILLS MUST BE REQUESTED OR BOOK LASH CONSULTATION.
Lash Refills:
To qualify for a refill, please make sure you have 40–50% of your lash extensions remaining. Anything less may require a full set.
Before Your Appointment:
Please arrive with a fresh, clean face — no makeup — so I can give you the best results possible.
After-Hours Appointments:
Appointments booked before or after regular salon hours will include a $30 service fee.
