Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, it is required to give a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. A 25% service deposit fee is required, and a 35% service fee if there is a “no call no show”. Reschedules and Last Minute: If you can no longer attend the appointment and wish to reschedule, please notify the salon 24-48 hours before the appointment. If you are canceling your appointment please give the refund deposit up to 3-5 business days to return to your account. Every client will be given a 15 minute grace period after that time is up, you will no longer be serviced and 35% of your service will be charged on your card.
