Service Description

During this session, we’ll take a closer look at your skin type, current routine, and any specific concerns such as dryness, acne, hyperpigmentation, or sensitivity. I’ll assess your skin’s texture, hydration levels, and overall condition to determine what treatments and products will work best for your unique needs. Together, we’ll discuss your skincare goals and build a personalized routine to help you achieve healthy, glowing skin. This consultation ensures every facial and product recommendation is perfectly suited to you — so you can start your healthy skin journey with confidence and clear direction.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, it is required to give a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. A 25% service deposit fee is required, and a 35% service fee if there is a “no call no show”. Reschedules and Last Minute: If you can no longer attend the appointment and wish to reschedule, please notify the salon 24-48 hours before the appointment. If you are canceling your appointment please give the refund deposit up to 3-5 business days to return to your account. Every client will be given a 15 minute grace period after that time is up, you will no longer be serviced and 35% of your service will be charged on your card.
